Berklee College of Music is the world’s leading institution for studying popular music—and it’s only been around for a couple generations.

For years, the greatest honor a Berklee student could attain was not graduating—because their career had already taken off. Over time, more and more students realized the value of completing their degree. But the side effect of this was a culture of alumni disengagement.

So before Facebook was even a dream in a dorm room, we built one of the world’s first social networks for musicians only, drawing thousands of alumni back into the fold. We also created custom software platforms to manage fundraisers, music festivals, asset libraries, and more.

In parellel, a conveyor belt of content included articles, videos, podcasts, and a 24-hour, rotating-format radio station that helped break open the careers of dynamic new artists, many of whom have become national names.

And when Berklee started inviting business leaders with musical talent to perform with star-caliber students, we named the program Executive Sessions. The program keeps getting encores.

What’s on your mind?

Have a problem you’d like to bounce off us? Or maybe you’re not even sure what to ask. That’s fine too, we’re happy to spend a few minutes talking through the opportunities and challenges you’re contending with and offer some insights on how to tackle them.

How can we help?

If you’ve come this far, something’s on your mind. Drop us a line and we’ll make time to discuss whatever that is. Maybe we can help with it. Maybe we can suggest a new way to apply your internal team to the problem. Or we can make an appropriate referral. At the very least, we’ll both make a new connection.
