Who has eyes to see

Everything’s bigger in Texas, including the competition.

River Oaks Baptist School needed to sharpen their message—and present it in a more compelling way. We helped them put a fine point on the message—grace-based education—to unify a growth-mindset pedagogy and spiritual foundation.

Then we brought that message to life on an all-new website. To increase conversions, we designed a site architecture based on their real-world sales process, using a model we devised that has increased traffic to the admissions gateway by as much as 800%.

The big idea

“It’s just hard to use.”

“I can’t find what I’m looking for.”

“Just…ugh…”

Why is it that after months of work, so many websites draw reactions like these? Because they were designed in response to the wrong question.

The wrong question is, “What should be on our website?” That’s like a salesperson asking, “What do we want to say?”

A good salesperson asks, “What does the prospect need to hear?” A good website does the same. That’s why we design websites based around customers’ emotional needs—and why those websites deliver.

What’s on your mind?

Have a problem you’d like to bounce off us? Or maybe you’re not even sure what to ask. That’s fine too, we’re happy to spend a few minutes talking through the opportunities and challenges you’re contending with and offer some insights on how to tackle them.

How can we help?

If you’ve come this far, something’s on your mind. Drop us a line and we’ll make time to discuss whatever that is. Maybe we can help with it. Maybe we can suggest a new way to apply your internal team to the problem. Or we can make an appropriate referral. At the very least, we’ll both make a new connection.
